Parliament opens to collective ruckus in both houses. The Opposition wants a discussion on the Nagrota terror attack. PM Narendra Modi is present in the Lok Sabha. The government says it is willing to discuss the Nagrota attack but will wait for the report to come. The Opposition also demands a reply from the PM on demonetisation which has been its demand since the Winter Session of Parliament opened last week. The Opposition wants the government to pay Rs 3 to Rs 5 lakh to families of people who died waiting in the queue outside banks or ATMs post demonetisation.
