Jayalalithaa sworn-in as Tamil Nadu CM for 2nd term

Just in: AIADMK general secretary and Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa and her 28 Cabinet colleagues have been sworn in by Governor K. Rosaiah at the Madras University's Centenary Hall at 12 noon today. Union Ministers Pon. Radhakrishnan and Venkaiah Naidu are taking part in the swearing-in ceremony. The newly-sworn in ministers take the oath of secrecy en masse.

Jayalalithaa holds the distinction of being the second person in the State to hold the CM office consecutively.
