Ola withdraws peak pricing in Chennai on voting day

If Tamil Nadu recorded a poll percentage of over 42.1 till 1 pm, some credit, at least in Chennai should probably go to Ola. Anyone booking an Ola cab in the state capital were in for a pleasant surprise with the online aggregator announcing a 'No Peak Pricing Today! and urging people to 'Go Vote!'.

There was moderate to heavy rain in parts of Ramanathapuram, Madurai, Dindigul, Tiruchirappalli, Cuddalore, Thanjavur and Nagapattinam districts had hampered polling process. In Chennai, Pulianthope area was affected due to rains.
