Monsoon to be delayed this year?

Even as parts of the country struggle with crippling drought conditions, the weather department has announced that the onset of monsoon is to be slightly delayed. "The The southwest monsoon is likely to set over Kerala on June 7," said the IMD. People are hoping for a good season of rain with drought conditions and the searing temperatures.
