Morphed photo of Rajnath, Karat: BJP threatens to move court against OBrien

The BJP's West Bengal unit on Wednesday warned of legal action against Trinamool Congress national spokesperson Derek O'Brien for showing a "morphed' photograph of Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and CPM general secretary Prakash Karat, as the opposition party alleged that police were not taking action.

"We won't go to Lalbazar (Kolkata Police headquarters) again. We are taking the matter to court. The case will be filed by the end of this week or beginning of next week," senior BJP leader Jayprakash Majumder told reporters here.In a letter received at the state party office on Tuesday, the officer-in-charge of the cyber crime cell of Kolkata Police stated that a legal opinion is being obtained in the complaint lodged by the BJP on April 24.
