Ousted Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat has reached the assembly ahead of the crucial floor test today.

"Whatever the BJP claims, Uttarakhand will win today. We have the blessings of all the people who've supported us so far," an elated Rawat said outside the assembly.

He is at an advantage as the nine rebel MLAs have been barred from voting.

The BJP MLAs also held a meet in the morning. Heavy security arrangements have been made outside the assembly. The floor test will be held during a two-hour-long special session from 11 am to 1 pm.
