Congress leader Abhishek Manu Singhvi, responds to Tyagi. He will be leading the Congress charge in the House. Italian court witness said he does not know who the AP in the papers is, but according to the Internet it is Ahmed Patel. There is an AP heading Gujarat as well."

The AP Singhvi refers to is Gujarat CM is Anandiben Patel.

However, the Agusta papers refers to an AP, which the BJP says is Ahmed Patel, a close aide of Sonia Gandhi.
