Obama defines his Russian legacy

Three incidents through the month of April involving the US and Russian forces have led to a significant rise in tensions between Washington and Moscow. Interestingly, all three incidents occurred close to Russia's borders -- two involving US spy planes sneaking close to Russian territory (one with its transponder shut down to evade detection by radar) and a third one involving USS Donald Cook, equipped with cruise missiles, coming within 70 kms of the highly sensitive Russian naval base in Kaliningrad in the Baltic Sea.
