Uttarakhand Chief Minister Harish Rawat is likely to meet Governor KK Paul on Monday while the Congress will challenge the order in the Uttarakhand High Court on Monday, a day after the Centre brought the state under President's rule citing a Constitutional breakdown in the wake of a rebellion in the ruling Congress.
