A charted flight carrying 35 Uttarakhand MLAs -- including rebel Congress MLAs -- has taken off for Delhi from Dehradun's Jolly Grant Airport just now.

While talking to media at the airport, former chief minister and Congress MLA Vijay Bahuguna said he is surprised why CM Harish Rawat has not resigned till now on moral grounds.

"We met the governor and convinced him that this government is in a minority and he should dismiss it," Bahuguna said.
