Altercation at Trimbakeshwar: Sadhvi evicted from premises

Even as the Maharashtra State Commission for Women on Monday batted for equality of both genders worshipping gods, a woman was booted out of the Triambakeshwar temple premises, triggering a row.

Sadhvi Harsidh Giri, a priest from UP, was heckled and denied entry, ironically enough by local women. They were claiming it would hurt peoples' sentiments.
