Delhi HC rejects Mallya plea against wilful defaulter tag

JUST IN: Delhi High Court refuses to hear plea by Vijay Mallya and United Breweries (Holdings) Limited against wilful defaulter tag by SBI.

Delhi HC says: "Mallya, United Breweries (Holdings) Ltd have sought similar relief from Bombay HC which has been hearing matters pertaining to their debt obligations."

"We don't have jurisdiction to hear this matter and grant relief to Vijay Mallya."
