JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar granted bail by Delhi HC

Jawaharlal Nehru Students' Union president Kanhaiya Kumar was granted interim bail for 6 months by the Delhi high court on Wednesday.

He was granted bail on a Rs. 10,000 bond.

Kanhaiya was arrested on sedition charges after 'anti-national' slogans were raised during an event on the university campus to protest Parliament attack convict Afzal Guru's hanging.
