Rajnath to review J-K security arrangements for Amarnath Yatra

Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Jammu and Kashmir to take stock of the security arrangements for the upcoming Amarnath Yatra.As per reports, the Home Minister chaired a high-level meeting during which he discussed the security scenario in Jammu and Kashmir.

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) had earlier in June conducted mock exercises at Baltal and Pahalgam base camps to assess the preparedness and response mechanism of all those involved in management of the Yatra.
