SC adjourns triple talaq hearing to Sept 6

Triple Talaq matter: The Supreme Court adjourns the hearing till September 6. The CJI has asked all concerned respondents to frame the legal issues concerning the matter; the CJI also observed that its a serious issue. The issue of triple talaq has to be examined on the touchstone of Constitutional framework and earlier verdicts, says the SC and lists matter for further hearing on Sept 6.
