Brazil, Ireland and Turkey also oppose India's entry to NSG

The special session of Nuclear Security Group discussing membership still appeared "divided" on the question of admitting non-NPT countries, namely India and Pakistan.

Now, Brazil has joined China and other countries in expressing its reservation on inducting India, which has not signed the non-proliferation treaty, into the elite group.

Source say that Ireland and Turkey opposed India's induction into NSG citing India being non NPT state.

After a 15 minute break, the NSG special session reconvened to consider membership.
