Indian writer wins first prize at Winchester univ festival

Susmita Bhattacharya, former Mumbai native and Rediff contributor, has won the first prize under the category 'Memoir' at the prestigious University of Winchester Writers' Festival.    

Susmita won for her essay: Touchstone -- A Cancer Diary.
