Shooting in Oakland leaves teen dead, two injured

Gunfire erupted in downtown Oakland near a vigil for two drowning victims, leaving a 16-year-old girl dead and sending people running for cover in the days after the worst mass shooting in the history of United States.
Three other people ranging from their mid-teens to early 20s were wounded and in stable condition after the shooting on Wednesday, police said.
The girl died at a hospital.
Witnesses reported that two gunmen on foot opened fire along half a city block.
