Federal Bureau of Investigation chief: James Comey said that Orlando gunman spoke with 911 multiple times and told the operator that he pledged loyalty to the Islamic State.

Comey said Omar Mateen, the gunman killed 50 people at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, before being shot dead in a standoff with the police, had 'strong indications of radicalisation', 'potential inspiration by foreign terrorist organisations'.
