Bulandshahr gang rape: Five senior police officers suspended

JUST IN: The senior superintendent of police, additional SP, circle officer and an inspector of Bulandshahr have been suspended following the rape of a woman and her 14-year-old daughter on a highway.

The station house officer was already suspended in the morning following the incident which has sparked a major outrage.

This crackdown comes even as the chief minister had set 24-hour deadline for cops to crack the case:
