Aam Aadmi Party MP Bhagwant Mann, under criticism for live-streaming the visuals of security arrangements inside the Parliament House Complex on social media, has submitted a 5-page letter to the committee formed by Lok Sabha Speaker Mahajan.

According to reports, Mann has categorically denied committed any mistake.

As per reports, Mann is supposed to depose before the parliamentary panel before 3 pm today.

AAP's Sangrur lawmaker had on Tuesday tendered an ''unconditional apology'' to Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan for making video of his journey from home to Parliament House, including movement past various security check points, and posting it on the social media.

Mann was flaked from various quarters for putting Parliament complex security in danger.

"I explained my stand to Lok Sabha Speaker. She said what I did was not right and I should apologise. So I tendered an apology in writing saying that it was unintentional, I was only trying to make an educational video," said Mann in a press conference.

Earlier on Monday, Mann was advised by Mahajan not to attend Parliament until a panel set up to probe the video arrives at a decision. Mahajan formed a nine-member panel to probe Mann's breach of security posting a video of Parliament's interiors.
