Rajya Sabha adjourned till 12:32 pm after uproar over Bhagwant Mann's security breach video. LS Speaker Sumitra Mahajan says on the issue: "13 people have laid down their lives for security of Parliament once, I know matter is serious, I'll see to it."

A chastised Bhagwant Mann now says he will make a statement in the House and apologise. He says he did not want to compromise Parliament security.

Yesterday, Mann had said defiantly: "There are so many big cameras around here. I will post a video again tomorrow (Friday), let me be served a notice."

The Congress wants a panel to be formed to look into the issue. Says the video will damage Parliament democracy. The party wants "strict action to be taken against Mann."

The BJP wants Mann to be suspended temporarily.
