Serena wins first set against Kerber in Wimbledon final

Defending champion Serena Williams won the first set 7-5 against Angelique Kerber in the women's singles final at Wimbledon, on Saturday.

The world no. 1 got the crucial break in the 12th game to take a 1-0 lead in the title clash. Germany's Kerber had earlier saved three break points in the second game of the opening set.
