Shiv Sena to boycott Modi Cabinet reshuffle ceremony

They haven't been on the best of terms and it seems the alliance between the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Shiv Sena will worsen further after the latter, sources say, has decided to boycott the Modi Cabinet reshuffle ceremony, which is to be held today at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Sources say the Sena is upset with BJP as it was not consulted or informed about the expansion.
