Shani temple issue: Bombay HC issues notices to Centre, Maha govt

Aurangabad bench of the Bombay high court has issued notice to the Centre, the Maharashtra government and Ahmednagar district administration over Shani Shingnapur temple entry issue.

The court has asked all the parties to file their replies by February 16 in the matter.

A group of women activists has been agitating to lift the ban on women devotees from offering prayers at the sacred platform in the temple.
