Just in: BJP President Amit Shah gets clean chit in hate speech case during 2014 Parliament elections in UP.  Shah had reportedly asked Jats to avenge the killing of their community members in the 2013 riots by voting for the BJP in an election speech in Muzaffarnagar. He had been booked under Section 153(A) of the Indian Penal Code (promoting enmity between different groups) and Section 125 of the Representation of the People Act (promoting enmity between classes in connection with election).
