PM to lay foundation of IIIT Guwahati today

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will today lay the foundation stone of the campus of Indian Institute of Information Technology Guwahati during his visit to Assam.

Modi will also address students of IIT, IIITG and students of all central technical institutions in the North-East region, IIITG Mentor Director Gautam Barua said.

His address will be transmitted to other institutions though the National Knowledge Network, he said.

Modi will also address a BJP youth programme in Guwahati and a public rally at Kokrajhar today.
