Acid attack survivor Laxmi launches apparel brand

Viva N Diva, an apparel brand that specialises in ethnic Indian wear, has roped in Laxmi, an acid-attack survivor, to front their brand.
This move is part of the brand's campaign, #FaceofCourage, that aims to create more opportunities for acid attack survivors in the fashion industry, reports India Today.
The brand also took to their Facebook page to post a video of the campaign starring a delighted Laxmi, modelling for the brand.
Disfigured in a terrible acid attack, Laxmi, 26, who goes by a single name became a mother of baby girl, who she and her partner, named Pihu. Read that lovely story here.
