Heavy explosion jolts Afghanistan's Jalalabad city again

A heavy explosion rocked Jalalabad city. Initial reports suggest the blast took place inside the guesthouse of Obaidullah Shinwari, a member of Nangarhar Provincial Council. Latest reports say that 10 people have been killed and many others have been injured in the blast.

A few days earlier, Jalalabad witnessed another explosion after a suicide bomber blew himself up, killing as many as seven people near the Pakistan consulate.
