Sushma Swaraj's meeting with PM Modi concludes

JUST IN: External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj's meeting with Prime Minister Narendra Modi at 7 RCR ends.

On agenda in this meeting were the reports of detention of Masood Azhar, chief of terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed which is behind the attack on Pathankot Air Force base, and the foreign-secretary level talks with Pakistan that were scheduled to be held within two days.

Foreign secretary S Jaishankar also accompanied Swaraj to PM's residence.

Earlier, Jaishankar met Swaraj after the news of the arrest of Mualana Masood Azhar, the alleged mastermind of the Pathankot attacks, came.

However, MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said that there has been no official confirmation on Masood's arrest so far.
