India defers decision on FS-level talks until tomorrow

India has deferred until tomorrow any decision about whether the foreign secretary-level talks should go ahead with Pakistan on Friday.

The decision has been deferred awaiting the return of NSA Ajit Doval from Paris.

According to reports, Prime Minister Modi wants the national security advisers of both India and Pakistan to to talk before the commencement of the foreign secretary level talks.

This was made apparent during his meeting with External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj. 

According to reports from CNN IBN the talks with Pakistan can't happen without going through details of Pak probe.
