Turkey blames Istanbul blast on Islamic State

Turkish officials have blamed today's blast in Istanbul which killed 10 people on Islamic State terror group.

They said there are high probabilities that IS was involved in the blast at a major tourist spot in the city.

IS had claimed two earlier blasts in the country.
