'Confused' BJP rightly sent back from Malda: Congress

Supporting the West Bengal Government for sending back the three-member fact-finding committee of the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Congress Party on Monday said the state government has rightly done so in order to maintain peace.

"Whatever happened in Malda is very unfortunate and the state government must maintain peace. If a political party tries to intervene and create chaos, then it is the responsibility of the state government to send them back. I think it was rightly done to maintain peace," Congress leader P L Punia told ANI.
