Move to discipline rowdy MPs in RS

Rajya Sabha chairman Hamid Ansari has decided to hold a meeting with leaders of political parties to amend the rules in the Rajya Sabha so that MPs who rush to the Well of the House can be expelled or suspended. There is a major difference between Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha rules to discipline MPs.

Dr Ansari who was criticised for not disciplining Congress MPs who prevented the GST Bill from being passed, believes a solution is necessary.
