Umar Khalid has to surrender, orders Delhi HC

The Delhi high court hearing the petition of JNU student Umar Khalid, who has been charged with sedition in the JNU row, has directed that the JNU student has to surrender and follow due procedure. Khalid and Anirban Bhattacharya had moved the Delhi HC seeking their protection before they surrender in the case. The court will now continue hearing their plea tomorrow along with Kanhaiya's bail plea.
