PM Narendra Modi has reached the Parliament on the first day of the Budget Session.

"Sadan ka upyog gehen vichaar vimarsh ke liye hona chahiye. (The House should be used to contemplate and discuss issues of importance.) I wish that the Parliament session will be fruitful and there is constructive criticism as well," the prime minister said.
