JNU row: CPI-M's Sitaram Yechury gets threat calls

The Delhi office of the Communist Party of India - Marxist allegedly received calls late on Sunday night threatening General Secretary Sitaram Yechury for his support in the protests at the Jawaharlal Nehru University. 

Receptionist at the office Deepak Kumar said that from 10.30 pm to 1 am they received threat calls where the caller allegedly said, 'He is wrong in what he doing, he should leave the country (Yechuri sahi nahi kar rahe hain, unhe desh chhod dena chahiye)." 

The caller is also believed to have abused on the phone. The caller addressed himself as a Aam Aadmi Balveer Sena member. A complaint at Mandir Marg police station has been given and police has put the call on surveillance.
