Siachen survivor's family arrived in New Delhi

The family members of Siachen avalanche survior Lance Naik Hanamanthappa have arrived in New Delhi.

"We can't even describe how happy we are," Subhash, Brother-in-law of Lance Naik Hanamanthappa.

Hanamanthappa Koppad, who was miraculously found alive after remaining buried under snow for six days, is comatose and his condition is extremely critical, Army Hospital Research and Referral said after he was flown in to New Delhi from Siachen Glacier on Tuesday.
