Is the Islamic State plotting to specifically target cow-worshipping Hindus? A report in the Islamic State's' propaganda magazine claims Dabiq so. As per the report, the Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi-led IS has created a separate wing called Khorasan to target Hindus who worship cows. In an interview published in Dabiq, an IS commander is reported as saying that the ISIS also wants to spread its wings to the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir.
