Naxal carrying reward of Rs 30 lakh killed in Bihar

A hardcore Naxalite carrying reward of Rs. 30 lakhs on his head has been killed in an encounter with the Sashastra Seema Bal in Bihar's Jamui District.

The dreaded Naxal Commander has been identified asJodhan Alias Chirag Da, who carried a reward of Rs 25 lakh in Jahrakhand and Rs 5 lakh in Bihar, was killed, while the Police Superintendent (operation) Deevakar Narain Pandey survived with a splinter injury in the encounter in a dense forest under Charka Pathar police station in the district.
