Rahul Gandhi's official Twitter handle, Office of RG @OfficeOfRG posted this picture, saying, "Government orders after demonetisation:It's called giving credit where it's due."

The picture with a jumble of traffic signals obviously signifies the government's rules and regulations, U-turns, whimsies and the general chaos over demonetisation.

Smart, witty and apt.

Except that, over 30 minutes earlier journalist Shivam Vij @DilliDurAst tweeted the same picture, with the caption: Demonetisation rules and regulations.

The Congress VP has always been quick to credit the PM with the chaos and pain that demonetisation has brought about and rightfully so, but may be credit to another Twitter post should also be given.
