Cyclone Vardah: Suspension of Chennai Airport services extended by 1 hr

Cyclone Vardah update:

Services at Chennai Airport have been suspended till 9 pm today.

The National Disaster Management Authority has warned people not to venture out as winds and rains might still intensify.

However, M Mohapatra, ADG Met Department, said that wind speed will gradually decrease to 60-70 kmph during next 3 hours. ANI
