Shah Rukh Khan meets MNS leader Raj Thackeray over Raees release

Shah Rukh Khan met MNS Chief Raj Thackeray in Mumbai over his upcoming movie 'Raees'. Speaking about their meeting, Raj Thackeray told reporters, "He (Shah Rukh Khan) had come to inform that rumours about Mahira Khan promoting Raees are false."

Earlier, Raj Thackeray led MNS had led protests against the release of Ae Dil Hai Mushkil over the presence of Fawad Khan in the movie. The MNS had demanded that Pakistani actors are barred from working in Bollywood movies shortly after the Uri attack claimed the lives of 19 soldiers.
