Why was Piyush Goyal present at Naidu's meet?

Prime Minister Narendra Modi directed three senior Union Ministers to brief print, visual and digital media persons based in New Delhi on the NDA government's initiatives on digital transactions. On Thursday morning, Venkaiah Naidu, Ravi Shankar Prasad and Piyush Goyal hosted breakfast to editors and anchors of TV channels to share details about the cashless and less cash transactions through digital payments. Many TV anchors were surprised to see how quickly (in three weeks) rural India has been made aware of digital transactions. That said, a few political editors of TV channels were taken aback at the presence of Power Minister Piyush Goyal, who they believe is the rising star in the NDA Government. Watch this space.
