New Delhi political circles are agog with speculation of the 15-minute meeting between Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The meeting happened after the official meeting on the Bihar floods and once the officers withdrew, these two leaders were seen in a closed door meeting. Nitish held Modi's hands when the PM saw him off at the door. Their body language has now given rise to speculation about a new turn that Bihar politics may be taking that Nitish is not happy with Lalu Prasad and his dominance as an alliance partner.
