The constable has requested Delhi Police Commissioner Alok Verma to regulate and fix the working hours. He has also complained about the exploitation of junior officials at the hands of seniors.

In the letter the constable claims that not many people want to join as constables because of corruption and working hours. He wants fixed working hours in a week. "We cannot work as a puppet in the hand of SHO. SHO manipulates, terrifies us in the name of working hour," he said in his letter.
