Centre moves SC against Uttarakhand verdict, hearing likely today

The Centre has moved the Supreme Court against the the Uttarakhand high court verdict quashing President's rule in the state.   

A bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra has asked Attorney General Mukul Rohatgi to approach the Supreme Court registry for listing it for hearing today.   

The registry will take permission from the Chief Justice of India for listing the matter today.  The AG tells the court they have filed an appeal without the HC judgement in hand as it was not declared and a speaking order was passed yesterday.
