HC allows CBI to interrogate Virbhadra in DA case

The Delhi high court has allowed the Central Bureau of Investigation to interrogate Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh in the disproportionate assets case against him. Singh will have to appear before the CBI.

The HC however, has ruled that for arresting Singh, the CBI will have to take prior permission from the court.
