Solar scam: HC rejects Saritha Nair's plea for CBI probe

Kerala high court has dismissed Saritha Nair's plea seeking a Central Bureau of Investigation into the solar scam.

The HC said that there should not be any politics on the eve of elections.

Earlier, a letter purportedly written by Saritha alleged that Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and a host of other leaders had sexually abused her, a charge which the CM vehemently rejected.
