2-year-old who fell in borewell in Kanpur rescued

A two-year-old was rescued after falling 30 feet into a borewell in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur district on Sunday, officials said. The borewell is one of the five dug around the roadways colony by the Kanpur Developing Authority. The borewells weren't allegedly closed after the work related to soil testing was over.
